Now Congress needs to REFUSE TO FUND Obamacare and then they need to REPEAL it completely. We need to legislate reasonable reform for health care in ways that encourage doctors to enter the field of medicine, not leave it. We need to create reform that doesn't cost you a fortune and that takes away your right to control your own medical care.

If we defund Obamacare, does that mean it is completely powerless? I heard last week that deep within that legislation there is a 3% tax on home sales that starts in a few years. If we defund will the taxes and other costs in that law still be taken out from the average American or does defund mean EVERYTHING about it stops? To me, defund means there will be no more federal money SPENT on Obamacare but what about collection of money?
That's a scary estimate.
